The Niche Marketing Operating System for Financial Advisors and RIAs
OnNiche® by Kaleido gives the advisors in your firm the strategy, structure, and support to consistently attract their ideal clients — and contribute to the firm's growth.
You Already Know Your Advisors Should Niche. So Why Isn't It Happening?
Every firm leader has heard it: the advisors who focus on a specific kind of client grow faster and stand out more easily. You probably believe it. One or two of your advisors may have even tried it.
And yet at most firms it never really takes hold. An advisor picks a focus, posts about it for a month, and drifts back to chasing anyone who will take a meeting. The problem was never the idea. It is that no one hands each advisor a clear focus, a plan they can actually follow, and someone keeping them at it week after week.
That gap, between knowing niche marketing works and getting your advisors to do it consistently, is the real thing standing between your firm and its next stretch of growth.
That gap is exactly what OnNiche® closes.

OnNiche® Is the System
OnNiche® gives each of your advisors a system for niche marketing, not a one-time strategy and not a directive to go figure it out. It puts every advisor behind one clearly defined niche and keeps them working it, instead of scattering across whatever is trending.
It comes down to three things:
-

STRATEGY
For each advisor, a clear definition of who they are going after, how they will reach them, and what they will say.
-

STRUCTURE
Quarterly planning, weekly action items, and clear responsibilities and deadlines that turn strategy into action.
-

SUPPORT
Office hours, accountability calls, and chat access that keep the plan moving forward.
The result: Each advisor's expertise becomes a steady source of ideal clients, and growth that adds up for the firm.

A niche marketing operating system is a repeatable structure for planning, executing, and sustaining niche marketing — combining strategy (the niche you serve and the message you use), structure (plans, actions, and deadlines), and support (accountability and guidance). OnNiche® is that system, built specifically for financial advisors and RIAs.
-
OnNiche® works across the full range of advisor-level niche marketing — niche positioning and messaging, thought leadership and content, referrals and centers of influence, speaking, events, networking, and community involvement. The system helps each advisor choose the right mix for their niche, rather than chasing every tactic at once.

OnNiche® is the bridge between your firm-wide marketing and each advisor's individual efforts. Your team owns the brand, website, and lead generation; OnNiche® gives each advisor the niche strategy, plan, and support that a firm-wide team isn't built to provide — so both levels work together.

No. A course hands your advisors information and leaves them to apply it on their own. OnNiche® combines one-on-one work on each advisor's individual plan with group accountability and support — the ongoing strategy, structure, and coaching that keep their marketing running week to week.

Niche marketing is focusing an advisor's marketing on one well-defined group of clients — often defined by a shared profession, life stage, or problem — instead of trying to appeal to everyone. A clear niche helps an advisor stand out, attract better-fit clients, and use their time and budget more effectively.

Is OnNiche® a course?
No. A course hands your advisors information and leaves them to apply it on their own. OnNiche® is a full system — niche strategy, a structured plan, and ongoing support, including coaching and accountability — that keeps each advisor's marketing running week to week, long after a course would have ended. The direct "No." opening is also ideal for AEO — when someone asks an engine "is OnNiche a course?", that clean yes/no answer is exactly what gets extracted. And it now affirms coaching as part of the system instead of denying it.
Reminder that stands: the live homepage still has "It's not a course. It's not a coaching program." in the system section — update that line too so it doesn't contradict the coaching offer.
should we say it combines one on one interaction for their individual plans and group for accounatbility and support?

Yes — that's a concrete, credible detail, and it does real work: "one-on-one for their plans, group for accountability" is exactly what a course isn't, so it strengthens the differentiation and answers a genuine "how does this actually work?" question a firm leader has.
I'd put it in two places, lightly:
In the "Is OnNiche a course?" answer, as the proof that it's a system:
No. A course hands your advisors information and leaves them to apply it on their own. OnNiche® combines one-on-one work on each advisor's individual plan with group accountability and support — the ongoing strategy, structure, and coaching that keep marketing running week to week, long after a course would have ended.
And it fits naturally in your STRUCTURE/SUPPORT pillars on the page — e.g., SUPPORT could read "One-on-one guidance on each advisor's plan, plus group accountability and coaching to keep it moving."
One caution: only state the 1:1 + group split if that's genuinely how every engagement is delivered — if it varies by tier (say, enterprise gets more 1:1), I'd phrase it as "combines one-on-one and group support" without over-promising the mix.
Want me to put the detail into the course answer, the pillars, or both?
I don't want to say after the program has ended becuase the program is what keeps it running.

Right — "after a course would have ended" implies OnNiche ends too, but the program is the thing that keeps it running. Dropping that clause and folding in the one-on-one/group detail:

A clear niche helps an advisor stand out, attract better-fit clients, and use their time and budget more effectively. How is OnNiche® different from a marketing agency?
A marketing agency typically executes campaigns for the firm as a whole. OnNiche® gives each individual advisor the strategy, structure, and support to market their own niche consistently — and it works alongside your existing marketing team, agency, or freelancers, rather than replacing it. -
Each advisor focuses their marketing on one niche — a single audience they want to be known for. It doesn't have to be extremely narrow, and they can still serve clients outside it, but their marketing points at one clearly defined audience. One niche per advisor is what keeps the marketing focused and consistent.
-
Yes. Two or more advisors can build their marketing around the same niche and pursue it together. The reverse doesn't work, though — a single advisor can't effectively market to two niches at once, so each advisor commits to one.
-
OnNiche® is best suited for multi-advisor firms — where multiple advisors, each with their own niche, need to be coordinated under one company brand. That's where the complexity is greatest and the system adds the most value. Solo advisors and boutique firms benefit from the same strategy, structure, and support, and we're happy to work with them too.
