Meagan Evertson
Director of Client Experience
As the Director of Client Experience, Meagan brings together her innate drive to help others succeed with her love for technology. She is responsible for the client experience and journey for Kaleido’s OnNiche® marketing system. Her responsibilities include designing the product and services, supporting and building client relationships, and managing the necessary operations to enable these areas.
Meagan considers herself a generalist, an essential trait for a Director of Client Experience. She excels in training and education programs, user research, coaching, and facilitation. She loves bringing together all these specialties to help overcome obstacles and delight customers.
Meagan would say she stumbled into her career when she started at a software company and discovered the relatively new industry department of Customer Success. Over the past 11 years, her client-facing roles have included technical support, training and education, client relationship management, sales, and product and user research. She has certifications as a SCRUM Master and a Foundation Certified Coach in Team Coaching.

FUN FACTS
Joined Kaleido Creative Studio as the Director of Client Experience in 2023—but was the company’s first-ever intern way back when Kaleido was still called Wealth Management Marketing.
Is a hockey fan (go, Caps!). When the Capitals won the 2018 Stanley Cup, she adopted her first dog, Ovi.
Has nine indoor plants and several small succulents on her balcony that she’s working very hard to keep alive.
Says beach walks, mystery games, or a round of golf are part of a perfect day.
Despite her outgoing nature, she finds networking events and group socializing nerve-wracking.
Can’t resist a bag of gummy bears.
