Meagan Evertson
Director of Client Experience
As the Director of Client Experience, Meagan brings together her innate drive to help others succeed with her love for process, systems, and technology. She is responsible for the client experience for OnNiche®, designing the technology, systems, and processes that run it. She is also involved in the sales and client onboarding process. As a coach and facilitator, she guides advisors through their quarterly planning sessions and facilitates accountability calls and office hours.
Meagan excels at training and education, coaching, facilitation, and user research, and she brings these strengths together to help advisors overcome obstacles to implement an effective marketing strategy.
Meagan stumbled into her career when she started at a software company and discovered the then-new field of Customer Success. Over the past 15 years, her client-facing roles have spanned technical support, training and education, client relationship management, sales, and product and user research. She has been previously certified as a SCRUM Master and a Foundation Certified Coach in Team Coaching.
Beyond her day-to-day work with clients, Meagan represents OnNiche® by teaching the company's philosophy and curriculum on niche marketing and strategy at industry conferences, webinars, and on podcasts. Her highlights include XYPN Live and Vanguard.

Joined OnNiche® as the Director of Client Experience in 2023, but was the company's first-ever intern back when it was still called Wealth Management Marketing.
Is a hockey fan (go, Caps!). When the Capitals won the 2018 Stanley Cup, she adopted her first dog, Ovi.
