Frequently Asked Questions

FOR Firms Considering OnNiche®

  • Each champion should expect a minimum of two hours per week. Implementation can be delegated, but some activities require their direct involvement.

  • We'll map that out together using your internal team, existing agency partners, or source and recommend vendors. Champions will need to be involved in activities that require their presence.

  • Neither. Each champion works on their own strategy and plan on their own schedule. They won't be required to participate at set times or coordinate with other advisors in the firm — only the people directly supporting their niche marketing plan.

  • Each champion gets their own niche, strategy, and quarterly plan. Firm-level brand and compliance guidelines are established upfront and applied across all of them to ensure consistency.

  • The strategy and plan stay with the firm. A new champion can be onboarded into the existing niche.

  • No. A champion can be anyone with the authority and responsibility to ensure a marketing plan is executed — typically a senior-level advisor, team lead, or marketing manager. It should not be a junior-level employee.

  • Through visibility and accountability. Leadership can monitor each champion's goals, activities, and quarterly progress through the OnNiche® Marketing App, regular reporting, and optional check-in meetings.
