    This session opens with a 30-minute presentation on the multi-niche approach, then moves into a 60-minute working session with your leadership team to set the guardrails for niche selection.

  • SELECT A NICHE PRESENTATION

    This 60-minute session for your advisors covers why niche marketing matters and how to choose the right niche.

  • SELF-DIRECTED EXERCISES

    Advisors work at their own pace through a niche brainstorm worksheet, a niche self-assessment, and a set of interview questions for prospective niche conversations.

  • NICHE REFINEMENT WORKSHOP

    In this interactive 60-minute workshop, self-selected advisors talk through the niche they're considering and receive live feedback. Sessions are capped at 15 participants.
